Regulations of the online store

The online store, operating at www.allforbaby.pl, is run by ALLFORBABY Marcin Migniewicz, NIP 895-177-87-89, based in Wrocław at ul. Bułgarska 13. Entry in the register number 177617 Wrocław City Hall. The store sells goods via the Internet.

Orders are accepted by the website www.allforbaby.pl by phone or via the e-mail address provided on the website. After placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail.
Product inventories are listed on the website.
A limited number of goods is intended for promotional sales and sales, and orders are processed in the order in which confirmed orders are received for these goods, until the stocks covered by this form of sale are exhausted.
A sales document is issued for each order - a VAT invoice or receipt. The sales document is issued when all the goods ordered by the customer are completed and ready for shipment.
The customer can make changes to the order.
The customer may withdraw an order at any time.

All prices are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT. The price given for each product is binding at the time of placing the order by the customer.
The customer can choose the following forms of payment for the ordered goods:
- payment by bank transfer - prepayment to the store's account.
- cash on delivery: the payment is collected by the postman or courier;
In accordance with the Act of March 2, 2000 "On the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product", the consumer may withdraw from the goods purchased in our store without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment and may return the purchased goods to within the next 14 days. Agreement withdrawal form. If the returned goods are damaged beyond the standards necessary to test them, the entrepreneur may demand reimbursement of the costs of restoring the goods to their original condition or reduce the amount of the refund. The cost of shipping for the returned parcel is borne by the customer. The estimated cost of returning the goods is PLN 20 in the case of Poczta Polska, in the case of courier services PLN 35. In the case of bulky items, the estimated cost of return by courier is PLN 100.
The returned goods should be sent back together with the invoice or receipt received with it and inform the store staff about the return. The store guarantees a refund of the amount equal to the price of the goods and will refund the cost of shipping the goods to the customer. The money will be refunded within 5 working days by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer or by postal order to the address indicated in the order. All goods available in the store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty of 24 months for consumers and 12 months for companies. The seller excludes the warranty for companies. The guarantee for the consumer does not exclude the right to the warranty and the product's non-compliance with the contract.
If, after receiving the goods, the customer finds technical defects in it, he can use the warranty services directly from the manufacturer of the product or in the indicated services.
In the event of mechanical damage caused during delivery, or directing a complaint directly to the seller, the customer should send the defective product by post to the address of the website: ALLFORBABY, ul. Modrzewiowa 9A, 55-095 Szczodre with the note Serwis. A copy of the proof of purchase must be attached to the shipment.
Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt by the store of the shipment with the defective product.
In the event of a justified complaint, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with another, full-value one, and if it is no longer possible (for example due to out of stock), the shop will refund the buyer the equivalent of the product price and shipment.
Pursuant to the Act of July 29, 2005 on waste electrical and electronic equipment (Journal of Laws No. 180, item 1495), the customer, when purchasing electrical or electronic equipment, has the right to return old (used) equipment of the same type to the store, who bought a new product. The cost of shipping used equipment is borne by the customer.
The sales contract is concluded between the Customer and ALLFORBABY Marcin Migniewicz. Consolidation, security and disclosure of essential provisions of the concluded contract takes place by printing and handing over to the customer along with the shipment a VAT invoice or receipt.
The contract for the sale of goods is concluded in accordance with Polish law and in Polish.
The court competent for any disputes arising from the contract of sale is the court competent for the seat of the defendant or the court competent for the place of contract performance.
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the store performs the distance contract no later than thirty days after the consumer submits the declaration of will to conclude the contract.
If the store cannot perform the service due to the fact that the subject of the service is not available, it should immediately, but not later than within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, notify the consumer about it and return the entire sum received from him.
The store also complies with the rules set out in the Civil Code and in the following laws: - The Act of March 2, 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and on the liability for dangerous products - The Act of July 27, 2002 on specific terms of consumer sales - The Act of August 29 1997 on the protection of personal data - Telecommunications Law of July 16, 2004.
